Finance

At King’s, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent process for managing payments and donations, providing convenience for families while supporting our school's development.

The Finance Office is here to support students, parents, and staff with all payment-related queries. We manage the processing of payments for:

  • Trips & Events
  • Lunch Money (via our cashless catering system)
  • Charity Contributions & Donations
  • 16-19 Bursary Fund
  • Other School fees and charges

The office is open to students during 8.20-8.35am, breaks, lunchtimes and after school to help with any queries they may have.

Scopay: Our Convenient Payment System

We use Scopay, a secure and easy-to-use online payment platform, to help parents manage funds for their child's activities.  Parents can pay for trips, events, and lunch money via Scopay, our secure online payment system. You’ll receive an invitation letter with instructions on how to set up your account when your child joins the School. Through Scopay, parents can:

  • Add funds to student accounts for use at our catering outlets
  • Pay for trips, visits, and other extracurricular activities
  • Purchase replacement ID cards, which can then be collected from the IT department

This system allows for easy tracking and management of payments, ensuring that students have the resources they need for school life.

Supporting Our School Through Donations

While we do not charge tuition fees, we do invite parents to consider making regular donations to support the ongoing development of the school. Donations can be directed towards specific areas such as:

  • Music - Enhancing resources for musical education and performance
  • Sport - Supporting sports teams and facilities for physical education
  • Curriculum - Helping fund broader educational initiatives

Parents who donate can take advantage of Gift Aid, which allows us to reclaim tax on donations, increasing the value of every contribution.

These donations help us fund vital projects and ensure that our students have access to the best possible resources to enhance their learning and extracurricular experiences.

Support the school through one-off or regular donations. If you’re a UK taxpayer, you can Gift Aid your donation, increasing its value by 25%. Donations can be made online via Scopay or through a Standing Order form (downloadable below).
