Trips and Visits Planner

Here at King’s, learning goes beyond the classroom. Our Trips and Visits Programme offers students a wealth of opportunities to enrich their education through real-world experiences. With over 80 trips and visits happening throughout the year, our programme is designed to complement and enhance classroom learning, making education come alive in exciting and meaningful ways.

We offer a wide range of experiences, including:

  • Educational trips that bring key topics to life, from museums and galleries to historical sites
  • Cultural visits designed to expand students' understanding of different traditions, languages, and societies
  • Residential and international trips, giving students the chance to explore new environments, cultures, and gain independence
  • Local day trips that connect learning to our community and beyond
  • Annual expeditions, offering real-world challenges and team-building opportunities that stretch students' resilience and problem-solving skills

We ensure that every year group has a choice of trips or visits each year, tailored to their curriculum needs. These experiences are not just about broadening knowledge - they are about inspiring curiosity, fostering teamwork, and encouraging students to engage with the world around them.

Whether it's exploring the streets of a new city, studying a scientific concept in the field, or challenging themselves on an expedition, our trips are an essential part of the holistic education we provide.
