Our Pupil Premium department is passionately dedicated to ensuring that all students who qualify for Pupil Premium funding fully flourish as members of our ‘family achieving excellence.’ We strive as a community to be ‘one body’, valuing and encouraging individual academic and personal success through our nurturing and caring ethos.
Our dedicated team of skilled Learning Mentors and specialist tutors support, teach and mentor our students across the school to enable them to make progress towards achieving their target grade and closing the gap with their peers. This involves everything from bespoke packages of academic support from Year 7 to GCSE, to providing breakfast in a friendly, approachable environment. We will continue to ensure the school can be a place where all staff and governors work together to ensure that the best outcomes are achieved for our students by meeting their pastoral, social and academic needs.
