REGISTRATION FORM TO SIT THE GOVERNORS' ENTRANCE EXAM ON SATURDAY 7 OCTOBER 2023

Please note that only children born between 01 September 2012 and 31 August 2013 will be eligible for Year 7 entry in September 2024. Admission for any children born outside of these dates is classed as an "admission out of cohort" - please see the Year 7 Criteria published on the website. To register any "out of cohort" child for the Entrance Examination, please do not fill out this electronic form; contact the School Registrar at admissions@kings.peterborough.sch.uk.

If your child has access arrangements at KS2 that they require to sit the Entrance Examination, we must receive a confirmation email from your child’s school, outlining the access arrangements and supplying supporting evidence.

We must receive this evidence by no later than one week before the published date of the Entrance Examination so that the School’s SENDCO (Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator) can review the evidence, and seek further clarification if required.

If the School does not receive this evidence in time for us to undertake these checks, your child may not be allowed the access arrangement in the Entrance Examination.

The School reserves the right to decline any request for access arrangements, following the review of the supplied evidence.

Details of Parent / Carer

The same parent's / carer's name must be used on and throughout each form used (Local Authority Application, The King's School Application, A2 Support Form, Governors' Entrance Exam, Musical Audition) in relation to a particular application.

This form must be submitted by 12.00pm on Wednesday 4 October 2023
