Any vegetarian and Halal products are clearly marked at the service points.

The Menu Cycle is balanced nutritionally on a weekly basis; it runs in a four week cycle and is changed twice a year to adjust to seasonal produce and customer preference.  All the food products used in school meals are monitored to ensure they meet the key nutritional areas outlined by the Food Standards Agency.

We use local suppliers who source from local growers to support our local community and cut down on food miles.  Use of wrapping and disposables are kept to a minimum and recyclable materials are used where possible.

Special diets are a very important part of our catering provision and are given attention to ensure that the needs of each individual can be met.  All meals can be listed for key allergens, including gluten, egg, nuts, milk and soya.
